96 spi with 13 x7 wheels

I had the tracking done today but it hasnt really helped at all, I:E the car still slightly drifts to the right!

The machine at the place used degrees, and not mm. so im a bit confused and wonder if it was set correctly!

the figures given by the print out state: left - 0.12 (degrees) and right -0.12 (degrees)

How does this compare to what i think it should be of 1.58 mm (or as set out in haynes).

A bit complicated but maybe someones knows?

According to Autodata your settings are spot on. They should be 1.6mm negative (toe out) which expressed in a percentage of a degree is 0.25 , which is the sum of your 0.12- for each side.

it will still pull if the rear wheels are not inline with the fronts ie the rears will steer the car

Very possibly the case with a mini, and if you can find no problen with any steering / suspension joints, then a full 4 wheel alignment check may be your best option.
I have found that many "pulling" problems are down to the tyres themselves (I assume you have checked the pressures) and can easily be checked by swapping them to opposite sides and see if the car pulls in the opposite direction.

It should be -0.25 (negative) which is towing out.

Angular measurements are far more accurate in this instance...... simply because angular measurements are NOT affected by wheel size changes, however with 13" wheels if you don't get any improvement look to lower that figure a touch, whilst also looking at uprating your tie bars and rubber bushes to reduce the "compliance" (movement) of the suspension system :)

I definitely agree with this! after several weeks getting everything spot on i still had a slight tendency to pull to the left. It turned out to be the caster slightly out on the nearside. New poly bushes and a slight adjustment on the tie bars has cured the problem.

I have just ordered adjustable tiebars, adjustable bottom arms, rear adjustable brackets and the uprated bush kits needed.

Ive just been out in the car and its real hard to tell if its pulling or not as it doesnt happen in town and on the motorway it could be the "tracks" left in the road effecting the wide wheels.

Any way for piece of mind, getting the rear set up properly, having a nicely set up car and just because i like the idea of adjustable suspension. I bought the kit. which is on the way to mini medics in London. Where the Mini will join them on Monday after a wee trip through Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France and England.

Cheers
