Hi there folks, I've been thinking about digi dashes, and which one would work best in a mini.
I've come up with a short list of two
This one (which presumably wouldn't work)

[I thought this sort of looked like the standard 3 clock layout on a standard dash)
Or this one

[and I thought this one bears a tiny bit of resemblance to the mini logo]
EDIT: by the way, the engine I'm using is 1.3 mpi

They look cool, i would go for the top one myself but i wouldn't think it would work as its made for a single cylinder moped but that would only be for a rev counter really... if its just a speedo then i don't see why it wouldn't work.

I know someone who is using one of these digi dashes and he is having problems getting the fuel gauge to read correctly also the one thing that struck me when i saw one up close was how small they are.
Pete
PS isnt the bottom one of the 2 also for a bike engine as it revs to 15k sure the ones for cars only go to 10k

Maybe I should look to ditch the digi dash idea then...
I should be able to make my own mounting solution for some gauges
