Can a 12A145 (850cc Mini) head be swaped with a 12G202 (1100 Moke)?
Does anyone know the differences?
Without taking detailled measurements, I can't see anything obvious.

Pretty much so, but what I would do is check you compression before the change and after, just to see if there is any marked difference...
Also maybe worth checking the valve clearnance on the bores as 850's do have realy tiny bores.
