WE finally got round to playing with the Dye Sub ' Mug maker of happiness ' and now extend the offer for Mugs, Glassware, bags and wallets, and just about anything else that will stand still long enough to have the Dye Sub Process applied

we've started with the mugs, got a bunch of patterns / designs done and tested the process thoroughly - we used 70 mugs perfecting the timings and process

heres a few for starters, but custom ideas can be done as per usual

So what exactly is a 'Dye Sub', is it basically water proof printing?

Dye sub is a heat transfer process where ink is transformed to a gas at high temperature, the gas carries pigment from the ink, and bonds to specially treated and coated products.

mugs are probably the most popular form of product, maybe after shirts, and they last extremely well - dishwasher proof too !

the mini range will be priced at £5.90 each plus postage, a group of four for £22.00, and a group of 6 for £29.00 - again plus postage.

bulk orders with company names, or mini clubs for example, can be as low as £4.00 each

If I was to give you a Jpeg photo of say my car, could this be put onto a mug? If so, how much would I be looking at for a 1 off?

template is simple rectangle 80mm x 210mm - if you want to prepare your own artwork / design, set it up at full size, 300dpi, and in CMYK mode if you can, then save as a full size, full quality JPEG and email it to me

no limitations on colours at all !
