Minispares have a good stock of rings and the descriptions of which pistons they fit are very helpfull. Why not take a look?

Are you absoloutely sure you have the numbers correct. I would be very suprised if you have 1275cc pistons that you cant get rings for.

You will be lucky to find any rings for the 21962 or 21963 pistons (standard non Cooper Cooper A+ pistons) That is not to say that you cannot find them, its just VERY hard.

No machinist will be able to make you a set of rings, you will have to go to a specialist Piston ring manufacturer.

Thornton's of Shrewsbury will be able to help.
AE no longer do those rings, but Hastings rings do a suitable set.

The rings you want are manufactured by Hastings Manufacturing of Hastings, Michigan, USA.
Their UK stockist is FW Thornton of Shrewsbury. I'm fairly sure the part number, for standard 21963 pistons, is R21576-STD-HAS, but this may be Thronton's stock number. Thornton's tel no is 01743 357081. I think the price was about £80 for the complete ring set.
All Hastings stuff is excellent quality and their flat-top pistons for the 998 at +0.080 giving a capacity of 1061 cc are just super.

That sounds about right. I bought my last set about a year ago.
Can you confirm the part number for me?
