Castrol LM Grease
Lithium based, high melting point grease, specifically designed as a wheel bearing grease for use over a wide range of temperatures. Also suitable for general purpose applications

Castrol Moly Grease
High melting point, lithium based grease containing molybdenum, providing dry lubrication under extreme operating conditions.
Ideally suited for the following applications; King pins and bushes, shackles and suspension trunnions, bevel worm and peg steering boxes

Morris! seems to do the job, loads of the stuff on the farm!!
Always Use LM It Has A Better Grade To It And Keeps All Joints In Tip Top Order

I guess just about everything does the job OK, regarding the required service intervals

I grease my Mini about every 1500-2000 miles or each month

I 'think' that's far more important than using special expensive hightech über-grease

Well I do agree with the greasing at service intervals and keeping on top of it i.e checking them every month
But i have found using LM makes things last longer than using any old mulity perpouse grease

Castrol LM grease is a good choice.
Just been to halfords to get me a pot as i run out....
