ok it did work when i had my old white BT Home Hub with no problems.
I got myself a black hub and i cant remember if i got it working or not. Its been along time since ive played the wii you see.
i know how to do all the settings on the wii. just not getting any connection.
Now ive put the fault code in i get given when the connection fails, and it goes on about changing the channel of the BT Home Hub???
how and anyone else had this before? and how do you change the home hub? any ideas?

wireless.
it worked for years till igot he new BT home hub in the house. so i dont think its the Wii, must be something to do with the bt hub but internet works as im here now.

Have you tried using a cable? Just to see if it works then? Are you using the internet wirelessly (i.e. via a laptop?)

I did exactly what you've just done
I just made a new wireless connection, worked no problem...

I used the White older boxs First and changed to the same shaped Black one.I use them Wired.You could try there Free Help Line and they often fix problems for you.
