[1995 MK2 IOM]

Need a new head unit... what do people have?

I don't want one that looks too modern.. but want all the mod cons. also don't want to spend too much...

my dash is walnut... but cant find a walnut fascia for any head units (that would be ideal) but I am open to ideas...

Heres mine. Its an Alpine IDA-X100 digital media player. It doesnt have a CD slot, only works off ipods or mp3 players. You can use the HU to flick through all your ipod songs just as if you were holding it in your hand.

I wired in a blue neon strip to the undersde of radio so it illuminates bit where i keep my ipod and satnav the same colour as the display.

Probably too modern for your liking, but i had it in a walnut dash previously when i had it in my MPI:
