my bro wants to make a c/f heat shield for his beasty clio172, lol, where can he buy the sheet from and the poxy, any pointers how to make it?

cant find any resin at the mo but i got a link for you
i try to stay away from the heat-set resin.
also i know the link is for fibreglass but its basicaly the same
