i've got these seats with 4 point harness, i've taken out the standard seat belts and fitted the harness's using the eye bolts i got with the harness kit one in the tunnel and one down on the inner cill, other two fitted in the rear bulkhead to the rear seat belt mounts, i don't use the rears as theres no room and trying to get somone in the back with buckets good luck.
i guess you could also use the standard seat belts with these seats as well depends on your own preferance.

ive got 4 points in mine. i use mine daily and i gotta admit there a bit of nightmare. if your at a tight junction you cant lean forward to see whats coming. im also quite tall and my front seat near enough touches the rear and its a right effert to reach the sterio n heater. also if the front window starts steaming up its a pull over and undo the harness job to wipe it.
on a good note though the do keep you in place round the bends.
id recconmend keeping standard belts, maybe get yourself a set of harnesses for track days,

I would highly suggest fitting a roll cage if you’re fitting harness’s to you’re mini. For the simple fact that harness’s are made to keep you bolted into your seat and if you’re unlucky enough to roll you’re mini onto it’s roof and it caves in, you’re head would be next. Fitting a roll cage will protect you’re head.
That’s just my opinion, other people say different.
