i was in tescos in chelmsford today about 2.30pm and in the car park was a stunning original mk1 mini minor in like a cherry red colour. it was absolutely mint. had a little glance inside and it was all there in original glory. so i went in and came out to find the owner getting into it. it was an old lady, so i had the cheek to ask if it was for sale. she said no way and that she has had lots of people offer money for it. apparently she has owned it from new so i bet its been tucked in the garage and used only for shopping trips to town. in a way im glad she has resisted selling it on.
