hi i just wondered if any one has had any success in installing these under the rear seats of a mini, ive been looking around at small subs, 6x9 subs and these, so i was wondering if anyone has had any satisfactory results.

cheers

ive looked at these before, tempting but looking at the vibe QB69s on you tube, im considering the vibe as they seem to have alot of cone travel only down side is minimum 100W RMS to power them each, just dont know if they will fit the mini ok :-

vibe 6x9s

are they 6x9s ?
if they arent i dont know if they will fit, i think the biggest you can get is 6" subs under the seats

they do fit with the rite speaker board. i got a pair of kenwood 6x9 subs under the seat and the vibe qb69 black death version on the parcel shelf.

i was very impressed with a pair of normal qb69 in my mates car but they must be amp'd right with the right space and they are amazing!

i have kenwood's from when i went to halfrauds and played with them while on show and they were very bassy and impressive.

in the end ive gone with 17cm pioneer speakers on the parcel shelf and the Kenwood 6x9 subs under the rear seats. obviously its not quite as good as having a 10" sub but its pretty darn good considering i still have a usable boot and a really good loud full range sound. :)
