hi just a quick message just now advising people just to watch out with sureterm insurance, i have used them and insured my mini with them for a good 7months now. Each month i have had a different a letter from wanting something or other proof of milleage etc thats ok.

However got a letter when i was away on holiday 26th of june asking poof the vehicle was sorned before 15/10/2009 (when i took out my policy!) why they want this i have no idea. was going to sort it today just got back this week then got a recorded delivery letter this morning saying my insurance is now going to be cancelled from the 15th of july. phone up Sureterm to find out what is happening, get told she cant deal with it and needs to be someone from customer services would i like a ring back say thats fine. half an hour goes by no phone call ring them back up to find its an hour wait for ring back, so im now stuck on my only day off waiting for a phone call. So just to let you all know yes sureterm offer great prices but for the hassle you get i strongly dont think it is work it.

I've found Footman James to be the same - great prices but appalling customer service.
