Door Hinge Pins

any one know where i can get any mini door hinge roll pins from ? tried usual mini places but they say only mk1 available . i dont really want to pay £15 + per hinge when i know roll pins are only pennies

If you are trying to replace the pins in external hinges they are not roll pins. They are a solid pin that is knurled at one end to stop it falling out. The 15 quid should also include a new bush for the 'inner' part of the hinge.

It would cost more more than 15 quid to have these parts machined up for you...

I would ask why you need them first - the pins are probably the last part to wear in the hinges due the material they are made from, ie any play is likely to be due to the hinge bodies being worn.

I have just removed my internal door hinges and extracted one roller pin and it is visibily worn. I will be trying to source either the same size pin or going to a larger size and reaming the hinges themselves. Roller pins are readily available on the internet.

You'll have to source them from a hardware supplier if you want to do this, they were never sold as a part. The hinges are complete units.
