The company that agreed to transport my mini from beckenham, south east london to epping essex, have just told me that their recovery truck has broken down. I am in desperate need to get it their either tomorrow afternoon or friday morning.

Am willing to pay good money for it.

cheers mate what time would you be able to do it? i need to make sure someone will be at the garage to accept the car. i had arranged for it to be there at 4:30ish

try listing it on shiply.com leave it on a few days usually starts dropping quite quick.

would do but need the mini there tomorrow before i go on hoilday tomorrow night really i dont have the time to spend on another bid web site.

well i got them via uship where companies bid for the work had 3 companies all around that price however they are all now fully booked due to short notice

Right having just got back from dropping the GT off I would like to say a big thank you to a company called Rapido Transport, the owner/driver is a guy called David and he has been a star. Contact number as he is highly recommended is 07976773030. He is based in Peterborough however travels all over the country. Quick polite reasonable price but most of all reliable.


On the other hand the company that let me down big still is a company called Touchdown log. Gave me less than 24 hours notice saying his truck had broken down, after telling me when confirming the booking he had 6 trucks at his disposal. He offered to take it at midnight tonight as long as I called him within 20 mins of him cancelling. I called his phone was off, what a surprise. I left an answer phone message asking him to do the job but call me first, as I would have booked it then left it till 11:50 then phoned and cancelled I beleive he got a better paid job and left me right in the lurch what a *male chicken*.
