Standard Metro Turbo Engine. Custom Plenum, Collins twin piston Dump Valve, Fiesta RS turbo Intercooler. Silicone hoses and a Bleed valve. Using an SPI fuel tank with integrated standard fuel pump.

Running at 8Psi and it put out 101bhp on the rollers. Not bad for a 25odd year old engine. Pulls so well.

Got plans to rebuild it and uprate it as I got along as Id like a fair bit more power but only when funds allow.

Get shot of that poopy distributor and get megajolt in there. That should give you some room for an IC.

I take it your not wanting to silly with the boost or power? If so that fezzy intercooler should be spot on!

Yeah, I need to get a coil pack setup with mega jolt some time. Then il defo get the cooler behind the grille.

At the moment not looking for much more power, but when funds allow id lke at least 150bhp, so will need to do a rebuild, s/c box, x pin diff and a benross head. But as I said, when funds allow.hehe.

Iv been told the fezza intercooler is good for 200bhp.
