What to fit 1275/1380 engine but want to keep magic wand gearbox to save modifying floor.

Can you fit a 1275/1380 engine and keep the magic wand gear box and can this be modified to take straight cut gears to handle extra power?.
Need to keep the mini looking looking original on outside and interia but have a big engine but unsure if this can be done?

I am just not up to mechanical side apart from bolt in, so if it can be done who does gearboxes like this and can modify them?.

So can it. ??????????????????????

Looks like what I am after. Well that's fine can now crack on with my body work and keep it looking standard look. Will then get in touch but could be a while.
