5.5jx13 Wolfrace Turbo Vec. Made in the late '70's to '80's by GKN, I think.

just had a look on the miniworld gallery, the wheels seem to be called AMT Centra's?? ring any bells, still cant find anything on the web though, i cant find anything on turbovecs either??

cheers! take it these were just aftermarket wheels? or are they specials? never seen them before thats all. just trying to figure out if i have overpaid for them!

I find it always hard to put a price/fast value on rare-ish stuff... It's like art - it's worth the amont of money a person is willing to pay to get it; to please theyr desire And who's to put a value on desire? You got some very nice wheels - be happy you have them and enjoy them! Make your own world a little less materialistic

Whoops, sorry for that philisophical slip I have a set of rare wheels myself - and I pay a stupid amount of money for them - but does it matter? I wanted them - I got them. End of story.

yeah i suppose! well put it this way, it would have cost me about the same amount to get my minilites powdercoated for around the same price of these...... just i have never seen them before, just wondering if they are abit rare or specials thats all...
