where is the best place to buy a reconditioned radius arm and are they easy to remove and fit?..thanks dobIt will be cheaper and much, much easier to simply fit a recon radius arm that will come with a good pin already installed.

For that price it is not worth the hassle of trying to get the stub axle out (which will cost you more anyway). Arms are not difficult to fit an if you needed to get the axle pressed out you would have to take the arm off the car anyway.
Harber's way might work 'on car' but I would expect it to be a 50/50 chance of success. They are a very good interference fit and usuallt require a 10t press to remove - admittedly some are tighter than other.
