I believe you can change out the stub axle on you radius arm. It has to be pressed in.

It will be cheaper and much, much easier to simply fit a recon radius arm that will come with a good pin already installed.

I've changed a stub axle with a blow torch and a copper hammer. So its do-able at home.

Cheaper at MiniSpares:

For that price it is not worth the hassle of trying to get the stub axle out (which will cost you more anyway). Arms are not difficult to fit an if you needed to get the axle pressed out you would have to take the arm off the car anyway.
Harber's way might work 'on car' but I would expect it to be a 50/50 chance of success. They are a very good interference fit and usuallt require a 10t press to remove - admittedly some are tighter than other.

You may get charged for a new or relacement pin (stub axle) as these are rarely replaced on exchange..... especially for that price.....
