Im investigating some tuning possibilities for my spi - and came across http://www.mini-coop..._classic_m.html. around 500 quid for what is called a plug and play ecu.

anyone got one?

ah yes the July edition of miniworld! - just read it!

The car in the mag managed 77bhp, on a 1330, with performance head, kn, maniflow lcb and rc40 and of course teh sc ecu. Not great, in my opinion!

My car is running 73 bhp with the minisport stage 1 kit! i wonder what my gain (realistic) would be with a performance head, 1.5:1 roller rockers, and the SC ecu?

But that soon adds up to about 1500 quid. anyone any opinions?
