Ok guys was just palying with my new toy and noticed a small rust patch beside passenger fresh air vent. Ive got a couple of questions can u get a repair section and is it poosible to fit without damaging paint to exterior wing/scuttle area. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

It's a common rot spot, where isn't on a Mini 
Yes, there's a repair panel & yes, you could fit it without disturbing the paint, but you may well find there's more rotit would be a better & easier repair with at least the A panel out of the way.
