Can I fit Group 2 extra wide arches without any body mods and can I fit 5x12" Revolution RFX wheels with a spacer under them with out it looking stupid?
What spacer would I need for the front and for the rear??

:tumble:

Not a big fan of the wheel spacers they can be slightly dodgey.

By putting spacers on the wheels, you affect the handling. I think -tve camber increases, you get a wider track, but also you can get increased bump steer. You also put greater strain on the suspension bits and bobs. Also over 3 /8ths and you will have to put longer wheel studs on.

Dont buy the ones with the studs attatched to them, they have a nasty habbit of failing.

Good luck

Steve

I understand what your saying about the steering and geometry but I dont really want to replace my current wheels as they took me so long to refurb and I like them.

I was thinking of maybe 3/8" (9.5mm) at the front and 15mm rear and using the right length studs for each.

Am I right in saying the Standard Mini arches are 1.75" width, therefore if I fit Group 5 arches or Mini Special Arches which are 2.5" wide and use spacers as above I should be ok?
