Hi

Need some feedbac/advice/suggestion on what colour would suit a black roof. prefer a retro colour.

what i know

1. old english white + black roof
2. red + black roof

any other that will match the black roof?

p/s: if you have a copy of haynes Mini Performance Manual, on page 10 top picture, what colour is that?

orange and black, i have a white and black cooper and i'm now painting 1 red and black

was thinking of speedwell blue with black roof and arches but couldnt find any pictures of it. mostly with white roof.

or maybe smoke grey with black roof?

yea, seen a few grey clubbys with a black roof, look good
i think the blue is a good idea

thanks danie. looks like smokey grey will be the one. kinda bluish a bit.

is there any standard code for that particular colour? i know its BU15 (mainly for UK right?), but for the current market of paint, is there a universal code that can be used?

How about a deep dark red like Brandywine...

the colour is nice but i think i'll settle with smokey grey and black roof.

smokey grey havnt heard of this grey would be cool to see some pics if anyone has some? sorry forthe tread hijack but this is the same colour scheme im doing my mini in!
