Folks,

Is anyone else having trouble getting replies from RetroRetrims? I’ve sent them several emails asking for the status of an order I placed back in early June.. and so far haven’t received a reply. I know they are busy but common business courtesy would be to give an acknowledgement to paying customers. Thankfully I'm in no immediate rush for the parts, but the deathly silence is becoming a little frustrating.

- Colin.

Yes - I had the same problem. Very frustrating. Just went elsewhere in future and they were briliant (cough Optimise cough)

Or telephone calls! I can seem to put an order in and with their rep I really might not bother!

bert sells great products, possibly the best mini interior stuff!

as far as i am aware, he has been on holiday and may still be there.

just give him a ring, its not hard. emailing is hit and miss, sometimes they got lost, or sometimes they just dont get looked at for a while, as the company is so busy

i wouldnt go anywhere else for my interior stuff!

i have been waiting to a reply to my email for a while now! i do realise he is extremly busy at the moment, and i have heard noting but good thinks about his stuff, even people who waited 4 or 5 months for stuff to arrive said it was well worth the wait!
