Could anyone advise on tips for removing fixed rear side glass

Rusting behind rubber window seals
When I restored my Mini about 5 years ago there was slight rusting behind the rubber seal at the bottom front corner of one of the side windows , I was unable to access the problem properly and sure enough the problem has returned with bubbling on the paintwork
I intend to tackle the rust this time and need the glass out. What is the best way of removing/refitting the glass
I have thought of fitting hinged rear windows if I can get some second hand
any ideas welcome
thanks

take the rear screen out, the with a large flat blade screwdriver, as you proberly wont have the plastic knife that the trade has, start just up from the bottom rear corner pushing the rubber up and over the lip carefully, takes a bit to get started because it pops back, but keep trying and it will flip over the edge, then work around the corner till you have gone along the bottom edge for a inch or so, then work up the angle of the glass to the top and around the corner then it gets simple from there on just work along the top and bottom and when about half way along gve the glass a wobble and a pull carefully and it should just pop out
