i need help with my front end. is it better to get a fully built fibre glass front end or buy wings and a front panel which is cheaper? and also any welding tips people can tell me thanks.

I would not go for a fibreglass front end. You could possibly run into a load of problems with VOSA/MOT. Keep it original and replace with steel. Become a TMF+ member and save loads on the panels.

Fibregalss front ends are basically unsafe unless you have a full cage to take out the dynamic and crash-case loads. They do also tend to devalue the car.
When buying new steel panels it's best to go for the Heritage ones as they do actually fit properly. With cheaper pattern ones you can spend hours trying to get a decent fit and still not be right. This week I have to do a complete new front end on an MPI and all the panels are Heritage. From my initial trial fit they all match and fit perfectly.
Starting the welding on Monday.
