Metal Sanding Mesh

hi,
I remember reading on here about a metal mesh you can get to attach to an orbital sander.
I cannot find the thread and cant find anything that resembles it on the internet. Would somebody be able to post me a link or does anybody know what it is called?
Also would people recomend it or should i just stick to sanding discs instead?

Do you mean for paint removal? Could be talking about these:

Just to add, yes I'd reccomend them for paint stripping.

You can see here where I've used them on the flitch:

And here on the top of my boot lid to the right:

They take the paint straight off without doing alot to the steel.
