dont know where in wales you are but i get my gas from brisco's in gorsenion near swansea , it cost me £35 for the bottle and a tenner to refill it , it may have gone up a few quid now because i last filled up a few years back , there is also another place in swansea off gors avenue , its a fire extinguisher place and will refill a co2 bottle for £7
