I've a 1971 Mk3 850 with major rust in both flitch panels at the bulkhead end as well as a rotton floor and sills. I'm thinking of replacing the flitch panels first, then sills and finally the floor. I haven't done this level of work before so I wanted to check if anyone sees firstly if there is any issue in the order I'm doing this in and secondly if I will need to brace the doors for extra support while replacing the sills and floor sections. It is usually advisible to add temporary bracing to the shell when removing and replacing major parts of the floor and sill structure of a Mini.

floor and sills is available as one complete replacement piece if you're replacing it all, failing that you'd have to do floor first then sill, otherwise you can only weld the sills to the door step and then the're in the way of the new floor
