Ok, then its a piece of cake >_<
Can you solder, do you have any electronically skills?

This kit should do the trick (its a 10-channel running light but can be modded)

but you have to assembly it yourself, it looks quite simple tho.

you have to do small adjustments tho to fit your application (ie change some resistors due to the fact you want more LEDs per channel)

Im gonna continue looking if I can find a built kit or something...but now you have something more to look at :P

here you can make it just for three clusters with several LEDs in each cluster. if you want to vary the speed you could simply use a variable capacitor.
