hey

Sorry if this seems like a daft question. I have brought what i beleive to be a metro turbo conversion kit, it is for the vented type discs. I have the vented discs, 4 pot calipers and i am using a mk2 wheel hub.

the problem i have is that when i tighten up the wheel/disc locking nut, the inside of the disc brake locks up against the lower arm that surrounds the drive shaft.

i am fitting this to a 998cc C reg mini mayfair..

hope thats all the information

thanks

adam

Not clear about what the problem is, perhaps a piccy would help.

To fit Metro vented discs to a Mini (with 8.4" discs) you need the vented discs; the calipers & the drive flanges (with wheel locating lugs removed). You'll also need to use ERA Turbo Mini caliper bolts (if using iron calipers off a Metro). The drive flanges must be for vented discs.
