If your running low boost around 7 PSI I believe you can get away with an SPI tank however any more more that and you need an MPI tank or a separate pump.

Either of the injection tanks will do. You need a roller vane pump that will maintain constant pressure, hence the need for a return pipe so the pump runs constantly. The Mpi pump operates at a higher pressure which helps if you are running high boost. I think the SPI pump is good up to about 1 bar of boost, those who have used it will confirm.

The SPI pump should be able to deliver 1BAR so you should be able to manage 10psi of boost providing the pump is in good order.
MPI pump I think is either 2.5BAR or 3BAR which would allow you over 30psi of boost if you are insane :-

Pipe size 8mm as opposed to the standard 6mm.

And i would not run rubber under the car as it will deteriorate very quickly exposed. If you going to be using rubber it needs to go through the cab and it has to be one continuous section of pipe there can be no joins in the pipe within the cab.
