you may not need one
first option is to try your 13" wheels out on the car - In my case there was no fouling so no further work necessary
2nd option - by some plastic rack limiting shims from KAD for about a tenner
3rd option - fit sportspack rack - quite pricey and DIYable but not very easy
Cheers

Cheers Paul
I was thinking of using spacers as sportspack wheels seem to be a bit overarched. Would this also help prevent rubbing?

My rear wheels have spacers (or spacered drums, i forget which) but there arnt any on the front and i think it would look better if it did have
But they cause extra wear on bearings apparantly etc so depends whther u care about that.

the rears will definately need spacers - ours looks odd without them but luckily i have some in the garage i had on another car, but need to get some longer studs first i reckon
apparently the sportspack factory car had 6mm spacers but you can buy the fin drums with built in spacers for the rear
spacers on the front will help with the rubbing i would have thought

Get hold of some spacered drums for the back, they did them non finned if you dont want too pay too much, they seem to work for me. Theyre spaced about an inch I think.
