Here's what I started with....

In the picture I had already removed most of the windows and the car had a flip-front so was just put to one side.

Everything stripped and removed, and all welding and replacing of rusted panels done, both inner and outer sills, o/s inner wing, rear valance and both windscreen corner and closing panels.

Must have been involved in an accident and repaired long before I got it judging by this panel.
Now the respray, metallic silver roof.

Sprayed black, with a slight red and pearl flake in the lacquer.


Ive had leather door cards made for me by a mate in the upholstery department at LandRover


The dash was also covered in leather and the clock binnacles sprayed piano black.

Replaced the normal switches with zinc push button swtiches, which were a nightmare to fit because resistors were needed on each LED.

Its almost finished now, most things have been replaced.
1380 engine, 276 cam, stage 5 full race head, iskey valve springs, titanium valves and seats, large aluminium rad, new gearbox with 3.7 diff,
reground crank, metro turbo clutch, HIF44, Aldon yellow dizzy with aldon electronic ignition, electric fan from MG ZR, silicone hoses,
cooper S crank pulley and damper, 1.5 fixed negative camber all round, adjustable tie-bars, Hi-los, KAD quickshift, new wiper motor and wheel boxes,
all new brake lines, new wiring loom and leather roof lining, playmini stainless large bore side exit, crystal halogen head light conversion and jewel clear rear lights.
