If they get back sent back undelivered thats not Minisport, Sounds like DHL might be more of the problem.

I've always found them to be quite fast but I'm using minispares for my next order as spax are alot cheaper with them.
Also, I've had DHL drivers knock on the door, no answer and they don't leave a card or anything but I've also had delivery drivers where I've phoned them and they let me come and pick it up from their house!

dhl are worse for sending items back to the sender (minisport). i ordered some drums last monday (20th) to turn up at my work, stupid ******* turned them away when they turned up on the wednesday (22nd) (so they are good for delivery) took them ages to return to minisport! rang them up on tuesday this week and they are being delivered to my address this time. so hopefully they will arrive tomorrow......

I ordered a couple of panels from minisport via DHL, My other half was in the first time they tried to deliver, and she didn't hear the door bell!

The second time they left it at a neighbours!

I think Minisport's stock control is the problem. They seem to sell stuff they don't have on the shelves, especially via the website..
