As a word of warning, at some shows there is a stall selling rolls of mk1 sliding window rubber that is too thick and does not fit. It is sold in a roll large enough for both sides for £20. The people selling it don't seen to have a company name, but sell chromey bits, gear knobs and Pickup tonneau covers for £40. (the tonneau covers are brilliant must I add!
)
The rubber should, when looking along it, have a slightly thicker inner vertical support than the outer ones, the faulty rubber is of equal thickness on all 3 vertical parts and squashes the window too much so the windows are near impossible to move.
Pheonix supplies have the correct stuff, sold at £11.25 per side.
