looking at doing a sohc vtec conversion in the near future.having endless issues with my a series engine at the moment. almost had it with the thing. soo who makes frames for the sohc honda engine apart from minitec? i dont think i have the skill or anywhere to make one myself.

for the most part the DOHC engine mounts are the same for the SOHC. thus the same frame can be used. this is known from experience in swapping hondas, and not actually doing vtec mini builds.

keveric motorsport also do a "blank" subframe where you can fit any engine you like in (you just need to attach the engine mounts in)

well you should be able to use any dohc frame but i would call/email them first. because when you go from sohc to dohc in a honda all you have to do change is the mounts.
