Okay, assuming I have a pickup (998 engine), and I have a metro, and i want to put the metro engine into the pickup, everything, carbs, manifold, gearbox, ignition, alternator, the whole deal...

What exactly is needed from the metro, what from the pickup etc.?

Because the engine will be taken out of the metro and the car scrapped so I need to know exactly what to take from it!

All you need off the metro is the engine and box, ditch the mounts because they wont fit the mini. If it had a hydrolic clutch then keep the slave and hose, if its cable then no need.

I assume the 998 engine mounts will work with the metro engine?

All the engine mounts are the same for minis.
