At mini in the park i bought some standard plastic wheel arches with the intentions or running 10" wheels, but now im inheriting some metro 4 pots which will mean i will have to run 13" wheels. Now i realise the arches will look pathetic with 7/8" wheels on the car and wonder what arches would be suitable? Miglia's, group 5's? Any Pics would be helpful!

ohh and the arches will be up for sale soon, brand new with the seam strip >_<

Cheers

Chris :xxx:

if you are going for 7wide then you will realy need miglia's, group 7's os sportspack etc. group 5's would be quite skimpy. i have sportspack on my mini with 7*13 and for my project i have miglia's and group 7's to choose from, im very indecisive so i got both haha. for 8*13 though group 7's mightn't do so it will have to be miglia's or possibly extra wide miglia's im not sure because i assume spacers will be needed.

mine are bonded on mate , with exception to the bits on the a-panel which are held on with two nice matt black hex key nuts and nylocs on the other side , through some custom L shape brackets , as this is the weak point due to the flip front didnt want them purly held on with bonding

i know what you mean, wasn't myself and still amn't too keen on them.... the miglia's i have don't have an internal lip but you buy angled brackets you can bond to the underside of arch or rivet on instead. the link are for the arches i got and i pic shows the brackets..... sold seperatly of course but im sure any brackets will do....
