How do I tell the difference between all these "minilite" "superlite/light" wheels.
got 3 "superlites"... so it says on the centre cap, but nothing cast into the wheel. only the size (12x5.50B) offset (ET10) and JWL which i've since found out is the japanese wheel standard, so i guess will be pretty universal on most wheels.
trust the PO to stick it in a ditch and damage one wheel. Now I can't seem to find any! Performance superlites don't do that size, superlites don't do that size, MWS don't do that size anymore...Only ones I can find are ultralites, which i believe have a different "look" about them.

I've not really looked into it, but the only difference I've seen superficially is the shape of the 'spokes' - Some are more rounded, some are more triangular.

that's what i thought too...
then you see some with the wheel info cast into the rim, some not. some with "square" rims, some with rounded. Some with "bowed" spokes, some flatter. It's a minefield out there!!

i'm relatively sure it's a proper superlite. The spokes are quite "ridged", so it's not supalite. There is no wheel info cast into the face, so it's not the performance wheels superlite.
For me it's either ultralite, superlite or the MWS wheel that they no longer do.

Not sure who's going to be there on sunday - Whether there's anyone doing wheels, I don't know - We'll see!
Pretty sure that's what it is though - Why they have Superlite centre caps ... no idea!

you'd have thought that if they were ultralites then they'd have those centres. and the superlites ones are very very similar (on the pics in wheeldictionary anyway)
just don't want to go ordering something again and have to send it back (like i did today after i was sent some "supAlites"... even though they are advertised as supERlites... and are completely different!)
