I would be very tempted to go for a set of Mintex pad's even the std pad's produced by mintex IMO have an improved braking over the original pads fitted.Failing that try a set of M1144's by Mintex also, I currently have these fitted and can't fault them.

Another vote for mintex.
I've used
http://www.buypartsby.co.uk/
by over the phone, and specify Mintex by name.

i use ebc yellow stuff.

From what ive heard though ebc have changed suppliers or owners or something like that and their now not as good as they used to be.

I think ill be trying some mintex competition type ones next.

I've ditched Greenstuff for Mintex. I personally think Greenstuff are over spec for the road, they need to be just a little hotter than they will normally run at before they work well.

I use the M1144's on std 8.4 callipers with drilled and grooved disc's and its more than upto the job, proper anchor on and it stops you in no time, and for the first time I've been able to lock my front wheels up when braking.

Mate runs the carbon pad's are he loves them, even when used on the road they still work really well.

ill give them a try next thanks, iv got grooved discs. I was cooking the standard cheap pads on trackdays, and ive been working my way through different pads, seeing which i prefer best, so far its yellow stuff, but i havent tried the mintex ones yet.
