Matrix Foam Seal

hi all...just got a new heater matrix delivered this week. and it came without the foam seal around it..
the old seal on the leaky matrix crumble to bits while trying to take it off..anyone know where i could
find a new one as i cant find anyone that sells them..or is there another way round it to seal it and does
the same job ?..many thanks

i had the exact same problem i just cut some
polystyrene pipe lagging and used a resin
to stick it hope this is some help

I’ve always used Self-adhesive household draft excluder foam; try screw fix or the like.

Try using some foam pipe lagging tape, it's self adhesive, about the same thickness but shouldn't disintegrate. THIS kind of stuff.
