Looks like my solid mini isnt that solid
Ill have to replace:
Drivers side flitch panel, because its rotted through top to bottom, sealed it for now with loads of red lead, also put it along the sills and floor pan.
Both wings look like they are on their way out, probs got another 2 years left MAX!
passenger side flitch at the bottom is on its way out, again sealed it with red lead.
passengers side isnt so bad, floor is solid!! (hit it with a hammer to make sure)
and around the vent has gone already
scuttle has just started to blister in the middle
A panels are fine though, which I find a little odd :S
So yet again, I have the front end of a mini to replace!!
Good job she is coming off the road anyway!
However, I refuse to let this put me off and I WILL do the work and do it properly... More to prove to my self I can do it
And this gives me an excuse to do a full rebuild and put a rapid engine in her!!
