It fairly fun when it starts to hail, slicks offer the best possible traction when traveling flat out

I have my winners trophy displayed proudly on my parcel shelf

There's an outdoor karting track not far from me, few years back, in December we went about 8pm, the track was starting to frost over, that was a fun night, fun continued jumping back in the Mini too!

you want to go in a rotax kart. 125cc 2 strokes what i race and average over 50mph on a lap. Cost over £1000 if you want to have your own though and loads more to race them :D

Yup If you ever get the chance to go in a 125 then make sure you do! They will take your breath away! But if you ever get the chance to go in a 250 superkart then make sure you take some clean underwear!!
They are insanely fast!!

If you do buy one just make sure you've got a few thousand pounds spare to back your hobby, it's not cheap, it will cost you more than your mini
Me and my mate built his brothers go kart last year for this years race season and that cost just under £1800 and that's with sponsorship from energy racing. This doesn't include the fact that he also has to pay to race, pay to practice, pay to test the cart. He gets through a set of 12 wheels per race at £140 a set. Fuel, racing gear, tools, kart trailer, van, spare parts and pit stop stand are just a few of the things you'll need, and something will inevitebly break every race. If you want to do it properly, it isn't cheap. You're much better off hiring them out for fun, or even hiring out and racing. Unless of course you have somewhere you can just take it out :errr:

Over in spain at the moment and spoke to my mates friend who races in quite a high series, it costs him roughly £6,000 each weekend!!
