Cleaned up the top arms and the gear selector. Took a while but worth it now for sure!

Nice to see a man cleaning up a gear selector!

That's the sort of think I do. Never seen, but nice to know it's clean and shiny when it goes on.

Good work John.

Yea everything single part is being cleaned and painted before it goes back on. Will probably end up painting this black like everything else under the car. I want it all to look clean and smart but not too in your face.

You and Lawrie would get on well together. He is a bit of a cleaner and polisher!

Haha I hate all the cleaning and wiring bursting. It takes so long and is so tedious. I think I have done loads but the pile of bits that need doing is still bigger haha.

Was gonna do that to be honest but its just money really. Seeing as the weather is pants and I can't really go outside and work on the car I have just been plodding though it in the evenings. I would love to buy my own small shot blasting cabinet though.

Few more exciting bits I have bought!

Some more wheels. 10x5 Momo's!

and I got hold of some inno door windows with the opening quaterlights.

Front subframe is now fully in. I had lost the floor spreader bolts and when I found them they were all crusty. I ordered some new stainless ones and got it in.

I also fitted the shock mounts but when I fitting the shiny painted mounts with the hold bolts I again decided I wanted some stainless ones haha.

All looking nice underneath though.

Thats about it for now I think. Thanks.

Cheers man. I was thinking of leaving it polished up but everything else under the car is painted black so I will probs end up painting it. Hoping Hammerrite will give it a nice finish.
