It's funny, here in AUS sliding windows are rare, the full aperture type you guys have are import only, but the quarter windows are on just about every mini built here since 1965 until the late 70s. I probably have a few sets kicking around, not sure about postage, the seals however epitomise hell on earth when you try to fit them.

Yea there not the easiest of things to fit thats for sure. If you can send them over let me know some prices with postage. Would like some for my clubman.

Cheers.

Well the car never made IMM but I still had a bloody amazing time!

I spent so much money haha.

I picked up 3 inno headlight rings for £25 which I thought was quite good. They need a bit of work but look the nads.

As you can see from those pics the mini spares genuine bumpers I bought got fitted. I also fitted the mirror on the seam.

I have had problems with the clutch line leaking on the join on the bulk head so I bought the braided pipe that goes from the

master cylinder straight in to the slave one.

Most the other bits I have bought are for others minis and some service parts.

Hoping this car will get finished. Now I'v missed the IMM I'v gotta make sure I don't loose motivation. Might try and get it done for the retro rides gathering in about a months time. Should be do able.

Thanks.

Looks really smart. Well done. Those inno headlamp rings look really cool. Were they off a trade stand? Or a lucky find from a private seller?

Should be doing Combe although if the clubby is still on the road I'll probably take that so I can rag it round the track.

Headlight rings were in the auto jumble. Also bought a set of inno wheels.

Standlake, Oxfordshire? My parents live in Stanton Harcourt round the corner. Spent many a Sunday hearing engines screaming as they have their nuts revved off lol

Well not really done a lot since coming back from the IMM. I did have a problem with the clutch line leaking on the join in the bulk head so I fitted the hose I bought at the IMM tonight.

Yea man! Lost motivation again haha. I need to get myself pumped up for retro rides gathering and get on it! I don't think there is much else to do or buy! I do need to find some bolts that hold the clutch slave cylinder to the clutch housing. Then I can get then on properly. Hopefully I can get my mate over to wire it up at some point next week!
