He's been away gallivanting and bumming his VW friends...
 
Haven't seen the cover off his red mini for like 3 weeks now...

... And collecting more scrap. I will let him explain.

I did have a play the other morning as it goes. I got the bracket on with the bolts mike gave me! 

 

 

Turns out thats the wrong type slave cylinder so I need to order one of the other ones.

 

I have had a few slight issues with my old employers thats has ******* me up a bit at the moment but Ill get myself sorted and get back on this soon don't worry. It won't be at combe I'll properly take a modern cars as I want to pick up lots of panels. I am in no rush to do this now to be honest but I do want it done! 

 

I am gonna get someone else to do the brakes lines for me now anyway so that job can finally be done!

Would be nice but I need to get some parts ordered which I can't really afford to do at the moment, I also have a wedding in-between now and combe so thats 4 days I am away and one weekend gone. My clubbys been broken for almost a month now so would be nice to get that running too. I will get it finished though don't worry!!! I'm not giving up now!

I had a bit of a fiddle with it the other evening but nothing really worthily of an update. I have been silly busy recently. I am hoping to get to combe next weekend to get a load of bits I want then maybe I can do a few bits sorted. It really is close to being done now really

I have a giraffe as a garden ornament actually. Surprised you never noticed him. He's called Steven.

 

I'm off work today so might go outside and have a play with the mini.
