Not quite, Main issue I have is the wiring, as it was a 998 all the wires are meant to get the power from the battery off the solenoid on the inner wing but as its nots a 1275 the solenoid is on the starter motor at the front of the engine. I need to work out the tidiest/most reliable way to sort that. I was gonna speak to Geoff and see what he suggested. I need to get some pics of the issue first so I'll sort that today.

 

Other then that I think its just the head needs torquing down, need oil in the engine and carb, coolant in the rad, exhaust need fitting and just a quick double check of everything and it should be good to go.

Right well Mr Hidson came and picked the car up for me and is spending the next few days doing the brake lines for me. Its really the last of the major jobs that need doing and then its just finishing off the odd bits and sorting out any niggles.

It's got straps holding it round be wheels solid so it wasn't moving anywhere. Don't see what the problem is. Got a snap chat from Sam mini is safe in the garage now anyway :)

If I find time I'm gonna get the exhaust fitted while its at Sams so I can use his pit. Then I just needed to do a few odd bits and it will be ready to go!

I need to get an exploded diagram of how the door catches go togther so I can get those fitted. I don't think there much do it but I can't find the bits so could do with one just so I know what I'm looking for :)
