They are not intending to actually make it, to quote EVO and Adrian Newey in answer to the question, Will it be built?
"In reality probably not, because the budget required to do even a simplified version of it would be to big, and unless you're going to do the job even halfway properly there's little point in starting at all"

F1 got 1200 bhp in the early 80's from a 1500cc. But still impressive.

F1 got 1200 bhp in the early 80's from a 1500cc. But still impressive.
And that power originated from a block that was left outside to weather before being turned into a turbo nutter. None of this sterile conditions that are found in modern F1 engine shops.

i saw that episode of chris barries engines (or a title very similar)How can they manage to get that much power from a 3 litre V6!!!
