If you want to fit one though, you’d have to buy the ½” grommet like the one fitted on the drivers side and drill the hole out in the plate for it to fit.

there is a seal already there, it looks fairly worn
That will probably be what’s left of the foam stuff.

I ne ... oh wait, Later cars DO have a rubber grommet thing for when pipes go through the bulkhead NOT the little plate. As I got one on my El Gordo (82 HL mini).

pre 88/89 no sealing grommet, just a hole in a plate through the bulkhead crossmember
88/89 onwards, 2 groments through bulkhead on passenger side.

It may be what your looking for if you have 1/2" heater hoses. I think these go through the plate.
Looks like later cars had grommets with part number of CLP6235 these are for cars with 5/8" heater hoses. I think these ones go through the bulkhead panel and are specially formed on an angle.
This part is not listed on minispares but give them a call and ask for availability they may have some in stock.
